3. Human Oversight

AI systems should not operate without human review in high-stakes contexts like healthcare, hiring, or finance. Human judgment remains essential.

4. Transparency and Accountability

Clear documentation about how models are trained, evaluated, and deployed builds trust and supports responsible governance. Transparency encourages better fairness in machine learning.

Importantly, fairness is not a one-time fix. It requires continuous monitoring and refinement.
